Congratulations to new Mayor of University Park, Joseph E Roudez III. My honor and pleasure to swear you in last night surrounded by your family, friends, and supporters. Congratulations also to newly re-elected Village Clerk Dorothy “Dee” Jones on your 5th straight term. Clearly, the residents of University Park have agreed you are a good public servant. Finally, congratulations to the newly elected Trustees of University Park Sonia Jenkins-bell, Shirley Bolding, and Donzell Franklin. May each of you remember that public service is a calling and very few fortunate people are asked to serve.
